It is an employment relationship where both, the employer and the employee do not have any liability.

In this case, both the parties can end the relationship at their will without any prior notice. This means that the employer can terminate the employee without any notice anytime, even in absence of a proper cause.

On the other hand the employee can also quit whenever he wants. 

This kind of relationship is also called employment at will doctrine or at will employment.
