Winter Season is just arriving and it also time of arrival of Asia’s Biggest HR Event- SHRMIAC19- https://www.shrmiac.org/. and I am excited for both.
I never attended any HR Event organized by SHRM and this year i am fortunate to be part of SHRM Blog squad and got an opportunity to Elevate my Learning, Network and my Profession .
This year SHRM Annual HR Conference is Big and what i like the most is its theme for the event, which is presented as Elevate.
With the theme of ELEVATE, SHRMIAC19 is transcending the conventional and delving into the unexplored depths of People Management to help ELEVATE the HR leader, the organization and the discipline to rise above the ordinary and lead the way to the HR Revolution.
The theme itself is so inspiring that it made me to explore more about it and to my surprise it is more that what i thought of.

Ans-1. There are 50+Learning events + Many workshops and it will not going to be a one way learning. Each conversation will add value to self and others.
