Many candidates prefer not to show the “Open to Work” badge publicly — but they still mention it in their profiles or resumes.
Use Boolean keywords to find them both on LinkedIn and Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, or Monster.

✅ Try searching for phrases such as:

“open to work” OR “actively looking” OR “seeking opportunities” OR “immediate joiner”

✅ Combine them with job titles or skills for better targeting:

(“open to work” OR “actively looking”) AND (“supply chain analyst” OR “logistics executive”)

💡 Pro Tip: This works best when the platform allows searching within profile summaries or resumes — it reveals candidates silently open to opportunities!
