➡️ ChatGPT or Claude → summarize data into actionable insights
➡️ Power BI / Tableau + Copilot → visualize hiring heat maps & forecasts
➡️ Excel – Just use Excel to Record and Organize data as per Target Location, Talent Pool, etc.
💡 Pro Tip:
Use AI to correlate multiple datasets (e.g., LinkedIn + JobSpeak + GitHub) and forecast where talent will emerge — not just where it exists today. Then package these findings into a “Monthly Talent Watch Report” for your leadership team.
