💡 Mine GitHub “Stars” & “Forks” for Passive Talent
Instead of just searching GitHub profiles, look at who stars or forks popular repositories in your target tech stack. These users may not maintain projects, but their activity shows strong interest and skills in that technology.

👉 How to use it:

1. Open a trending repo in your target skill (e.g., Kubernetes, React, Python ML).


2. Check the “Stargazers” and “Forks” tabs.


3. Many of these profiles link to LinkedIn, Twitter, or personal websites.


4. Reach out by referencing the repo they engaged with to personalize your message.



✨ This method uncovers emerging and enthusiastic talent before competitors spot them!
