Instead of only searching profiles, look at who your competitors are hiring for and where.

Job postings reveal skills in demand, locations, and new teams being built.

Cross-check employees who recently joined those teams on LinkedIn → they may have peers with similar backgrounds who are still open to opportunities.

Use this info to map talent movement trends and approach candidates at the right time.


💡 Pro move: Set up alerts on job boards or use Google Alerts for “<Competitor> is hiring” to get notified instantly.
