Surface professionals who may not have the exact job title but possess the right capabilities.

Broaden your reach and avoid missing hidden talent.


💡 Example: Searching for Data Scientist → Filter by skills like Python, TensorFlow, Machine Learning → You’ll also discover profiles with titles like ML Engineer or AI Specialist.
