Patent databases like Google Patents, USPTO, or WIPO contain detailed information about innovators, researchers, and engineers who are pushing the boundaries in their fields.

🔍 Search by technology keywords (e.g., “battery storage,” “IoT sensors,” “medical devices”).
📑 Identify the inventors’ names, organizations, and co-authors.
🤝 Reach out to them with personalized outreach referencing their patent or innovation.

This approach helps you connect with hard-to-find niche experts who may not be visible on job boards or LinkedIn.
