Use GitLab & Bitbucket to Find Tech Talent
While GitHub is widely used, many developers host their projects on GitLab and Bitbucket. These platforms let you discover talent that may not appear on LinkedIn searches.

How to source:💡

➡️Explore public repositories for contributors in your required tech stack (Python, React, DevOps, etc.).

➡️Check commit history to see consistent contributors.

➡️Look at project discussions/issues to find active problem-solvers.

➡️Many profiles link back to personal websites or LinkedIn pages.


✅This helps uncover hidden developer talent outside traditional platforms and gives insight into real-world coding skills.
