Filter by “People” and check mutual connections for warm introductions.

Scan for event announcements or job discussions to identify passive candidates.

Pro Tip: Combine this with Boolean search in Facebook’s general search bar:

“Keyword” site:facebook.com/groups

This lets you discover even closed groups that discuss your niche talent pool.
