🕵️‍♀️ Sourcing Tip – Day 40: Reverse Lookup Using Email or Social Handles

When you find a candidate’s email or social media handle (e.g., Twitter, GitHub, Reddit), don’t stop there.
Use reverse lookup tools like:


🔍 Hunter.io, Email Permutator, or Pipl to find their full name, company, and other social profiles.
This technique helps unearth hidden LinkedIn profiles or even personal websites, giving you a 360° view of the candidate.


It’s especially useful when you only have a username or email from a forum or a code repository.
Don’t let partial data stop your search — flip the trail!
