When you’re looking for candidates who create or contribute to niche content, such as technical blogs, case studies, or whitepapers, use the inanchor: operator in Google Search. This helps you find web pages that other websites link to using specific anchor text — a great signal of expertise or thought leadership.
This will bring up Medium posts that are referred to using the anchor text “machine learning tutorial.” It’s a smart way to uncover profiles of individuals actively writing or being referenced for their knowledge.
