🔍 Day 21: Exclude the Noise with Boolean – Use the NOT Operator!
When you’re overwhelmed with irrelevant profiles, it’s time to clean your search using the NOT or – operator.
✅ Example:
You’re hiring a manual tester but want to exclude automation testers.
(“manual testing” OR “manual tester”) NOT (“automation” OR “selenium” OR “webdriver”)
or on Google:
“manual testing” OR “manual tester” -automation -selenium -webdriver
📌 Why It Works:
This helps eliminate resumes or profiles that may mention automation but are not a true fit for your manual testing role.
