Steps to Source on GitHub:
1. Search for keywords related to the tech stack (e.g., “react developer” location:India).
2. Filter by active repositories and recently committed projects.
3. Review contributors’ profiles—check commit frequency, code quality, and project relevance.
4. Use their email (if listed) or cross-reference their name with LinkedIn.
